Wanderer is one of the Enemies in the game Moonlighter.
Description
An unkillable monster that chases you around the dungeon. If it manages to hit you, you take approximately 15000 damage and are killed, losing all items in your backpack. While its pursuing you, it will attack and destroy loot and chests.

The Wanderer seems to appear after a certain amount of time is spent on a floor of a dungeon.
Moving to another floor of the dungeon causes the timer icon to disappear and the timer seems to reset.
Currently confirmed to appear in Golem Dungeon, Forest Dungeon, Desert Dungeon, and Technology Dungeon

Can also appear after looting a book from a pillar at the bottom of certain areas.
